HOW TO ORDER
• Determine the heat quantity (Q) of system.
For example: about 25%~50% of the input power of the hydraulic system transform to heat.
Q=(0.25~0.50) x Pr   (Pr: total input of the system)
• Caculate the heat quantity for exchanging.
Given water inlet temperature is 30 ℃ ,and oil outlet temperature (after cooled) is 48 ℃, then:
Heat Quantity for exchanging=Q x (48℃-30℃/oil outlet temperature -water inlet temperature)
• Determine the oil flow (q)
• Look up the above Q and q calculation results on the Properties Curves and select a proper model of heat exchanger. Please be noted that the oil flow can not exceed the max.flow rate as the curves show.
